Refund policy

Warranty Information (Purchase) All Simsbyracers Sim Stages come with a 1-year limited warranty.  Some components will be covered by manufacturers warranty which may extend beyond one year.  Customer is required to pay shipping to Simsbyracers for any return.  

No Returns after 30 days. 

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all products returned within the first 30 days.  If the unit is covered under warranty the shipping charges from Simsbyracers to customer will be paid by Simsbyracers.  

Repair time will NOT be guaranteed. 

Any return must have a RMA number assigned by Simsbyracers.
